A simple, reliable platform connecting customers, restaurants and delivery drivers. A customer and restaurant app, a driver app and a web admin dashboard, all on one shared backend, built to launch locally and grow into more Caicos Hub services later.
This proposal follows the Caicos Hub MVP concept document. Phase 1 does one thing extremely well: a customer orders food from a local restaurant, the platform automatically assigns the best available driver, and the food arrives at the customer's door. Everything below is scoped to exactly that, so the launch stays simple and reliable, and the foundation is ready for the services you want to add later.
One app, two ways to sign up: as a customer or as a business. Customers order, restaurants receive and prepare.
A separate app for delivery drivers. Anyone who wants to deliver through Caicos Hub registers, gets approved, goes online, and receives deliveries automatically.
The two pieces that make Caicos Hub run itself instead of needing someone to assign every delivery by hand.
When a restaurant accepts an order, Caicos Hub looks for available drivers and ranks them by distance from the restaurant, availability, estimated travel time and current status. The delivery is offered to the best match first. If that driver declines or does not respond within the set time, the offer moves to the next driver, and so on, until the delivery is taken. The admin can still step in from the dashboard when needed.
The service area is divided into geographic zones, each with its own delivery fee. The fee is worked out from the restaurant and customer locations and shown to the customer before checkout. Zones and fees live in the admin dashboard, so you can change them any time without an app update.
The same status trail the customer sees in the app, the restaurant sees on its orders screen, and the admin sees in the live view.
The customer, the restaurant and the driver each receive a notification at every step that matters to them: the customer from order received through to delivered, the restaurant for new orders and driver arrival, the driver for new deliveries, cancellations and order updates.
Everything the operations team needs to run the platform from a browser.

Caicos Hub App and Caicos Hub Drive each run on iOS and Android from a single codebase, so both stores launch together and every update ships once.
A REST API with a real-time layer for live order status and driver location, serving both apps and the admin dashboard from one place.
Google Maps for locations, distances and travel-time estimates; push notifications for customers, restaurants and drivers; in-app card payments through Stripe or an equivalent gateway available in Turks and Caicos.
A standard dashboard layout on the same backend, with the live view, approvals, zones and financial summaries, deployed on cloud hosting with backups.
Fixed price for the Phase 1 scope in this document. All figures USD. Each milestone is invoiced on approval of the previous one, so you always know what is being built and what it costs, with no open-ended hourly work.
Five phases that overlap where they can: the backend starts as soon as design is under way, and the driver app follows the customer app so the dispatch flow can be tested end to end early.

A few terms so we are aligned on timeline, scope and how we work together.
Scope and changes. Any change in scope or price is set out in a separate written quote, agreed by both sides, before work begins.
Timeline. Estimates are actual development time; client feedback and fix cycles extend the schedule.
Independent contractor. Hassan Maqsood and his development team are engaged as an independent contractor for the design, development and deployment of the platform.
Invoicing and currency. Invoices are issued and paid in USD, per milestone.
Ownership. Copyright over the final product transfers to Caicos Hub on final payment; the team may showcase the work in its portfolio.
Confidentiality. Information exchanged for this project stays confidential and is used only for this project.
Entire agreement and severability. This proposal is the full agreement for the Phase 1 development project; if any term is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
